This City of Cocoa Leisure Services division handles the administration and marketing of Facility Rentals, Park Permits, Parade/Special Event Applications, Tenant Leases, Employee Fitness Center and several annual Special Events.

This division was established in 2005 to oversee the management and operations of:

Historic Cocoa Village - Fabulous historic Cocoa Village sits along the Indian River. Awesome dinning and shopping. The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse is known locally as 'Broadway on Brevard' and was established as the Aladdin theatre in 1924. The City of Cocoa offers three romantic facilities for your special day. With a beautiful panoramic view of Riverfront Park and the Indian River, the City of Cocoa facilities are an elegant venue for any wedding ceremony, reception, bridal luncheon, shower, and rehearsal dinner or engagement party. With the Porcher House and Riverfront Park adjacent to the City of Cocoa Civic Center, there are various outdoor ceremony and reception options available. Whether your guests are many or few, you will all be sure to enjoy the ambiance of the Cocoa Civic Center, Riverfront Park and Porcher House. All facilities are located in beautiful historic Cocoa Village.
